
Based in the historic city of Lichfield, Staffordshire, Brownhill Hayward Brown part of the BHB Architects group, are an award winning RIBA chartered architectural practice that has experience working across all sectors of the construction industry throughout the UK. Sectors include Commercial - Industrial - Residential - Education - Retail - Healthcare - Leisure - Urban Planning - Heritage, Conservation and Ecclesiastical. Additional in house services include Interior Design, and Principal Designers under CDM 2015.
The practice was established in 1946 and building on our many years of experience we continue to provide a high quality, professional service to both private and public clientele including a number of notable clients; JCB, The National Trust, Asda, as well as various Local Authorities, regional and national Developers. We have a particular specialism within Heritage, Conservation and Ecclesiastical sectors with in house accredited conservation architects.
We work at all stages within the design and construction process from inception through to completion. Projects have included feasibility studies, master planning, detailed design, project management and contract administration. We consider the diversity of our work and specialism in both new build and conservation based projects to be key factors in our continued success. By drawing on our combined experience and knowledge we are able to offer our clients a unique and holistic service tailor-made to the requirements of the project.
Brownhill Hayward Brown are a chartered architectural practice and accredited ‘Investors in People’. We currently benefit from a 35 person multi-disciplinary team to meet the requirements of our varied clients. The practice is committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions which enhance the built environment whilst benefiting the end user and the wider community.
Through our in house expertise we can provide clients with hand drawn visualisations and perspectives as well as 3D modelling and visuals. Brownhill Hayward Brown has recently invested in the latest Revit software to allow us to undertake and collaborate on BIM (Building Information Modelling) projects. This continued investment means that we are able to share collaborative design across all disciplines within the construction process.
