4 Temple Row is a seven storey commercial office building located on the junction of Temple Row and Bull Street in Central Birmingham. The building was purchased by Nurton Developments as part of a multiple joint development programme with Wittingham Investments, part of the Garfield Weston Foundation.

Originally known as Pearl Assurance House, the building situated on the edge of the Colmore Row Conservation Area is currently being refurbished to provide approximately 23,000ft2 of CAT A office accommodation. The building has easy access to both Snow Hill and New Street station, and recently benefits from direct access to the Midland Metro Tram platform on Bull Street.

At ground floor level a large entrance volume is intended providing significantly improved accessibility for all future building users. Externally the thermal efficiency of the building envelope will be improved to current standards and it is intended to provide vastly improved EPC ratings to prospective tenant organisations.

The building is anticipated for completion and opening in late 2016 and is jointly marketed by Savills and CBRE Birmingham office agencies.
